How can Sandals Realty afford to charge such low fees?
The Sandals Realty business model was developed using a different philosophy than most other brokerages. We believe that by providing better value to agents, we will in turn get more agents. This is the WIN/WIN relationship that makes Sandals Realty special. Our agents, of course, love it!
Do I get to have work space?
Yes, we provide workspace including wireless internet and computers available at all of our offices. It is available to you whenever you need it.
Do I have to pay for copies, faxes, and long distance etc.?
No, Sandals Realty will never charge you for copies, faxes, internet, and long distance. It is all included.
Can I get paid at the closing table?
Yes, as long as all your paperwork is in order you can be paid at the closing.
How can I earn residuals from Sandals Realty?
Sandals Realty offers a great residual program. We want our agents to talk to other agents and let them know how happy they are with our program. To show how much we appreciate it, for every new agent you bring on board Sandals will give you a check for $50 every time that agents closes a deal.
Can I work part time?
Yes, Sandals does not require a time commitment from it's agents. Our agents are independent contractors and we do not interfere with their time schedule.
Does Sandals Realty offer training?
Yes, Sandals Realty has a great training program. As well as other training material including one on one with brokers.
What kind of attorney support does Sandals Realty provide?
Sandals is fortunate to have a real estate attorney on it's team. Our agents have exclusive access to our attorney. This means our agents don't have to wait on hold for hours for the FAR attorney.
Will I have a broker available for questions?
Yes, Sandals Realty has two brokers available for questions! We realize many brokers do not return calls to their agents. We know our agents are vital to our business and your questions and concerns are a priority.
What is your policy on listings?
At Sandals Realty we believe listings should belong to the agent. We not only believe it, but also put it in writing in our agreement.
Am I in control of putting my listings on MLS?
Yes, the agent has the control of inputting their listings and also making changes as they need to be made.
Do I have to join the board?
Yes, depending on the location of the Sandals Realty office you join, you will be required to join the board associated with that office. This is not a rule from Sandals Realty, but a requirement from the board. However if you want to have your license active and you do not need the services of the local board our sister company may be a solution. You can check it out at www.FlorianRealty.com.
How do I know if I am a good canidate for Sandals Realty?
